Fair Use Policy

This policy explains the usage limits for Trampoline and forms part of our Terms of Service. Normal game development, including commercial games and client projects, is welcome within your plan’s limits. Using your full allowance is not, by itself, abuse.

1. What your plan includes

Free includes 5 monthly credits, one project and GPT-6 Luna, with a $0.28 processing allowance, and needs no payment method; its credits also cover the Thumbnail Generator. Creator includes 100 monthly credits and unlimited projects, plus exclusive access to AI image generation and editing, Meshy 3D asset generation, and ElevenLabs sound effects and loops. Free does not include those three generation tools. Buying a credit pack does not unlock them.

Creator’s coding, planning, images, 3D assets and sound effects all use the same credit balance. There is no separate unlimited asset allowance. Unlimited projects refers to the number of projects you can keep, not unlimited AI work.

2. Credits and generation requests

Asset generation shows its credit price before you start. A new generation, edit or variation is a new paid request, even when it uses an earlier result. Previewing, playing and downloading an existing saved asset does not use generation credits. Uploading a reference image does not itself use generation credits; generating from it does.

Credits are reserved while an asset is being generated. If generation fails and no asset is delivered, its generation credits are returned. A completed result that you choose not to use still consumes credits. If a request is pending, check its status before trying again; contact us if it appears stuck.

Monthly credits refresh on subscription renewal, and Free credits at the start of each calendar month (UTC). Monthly credits do not roll over. Purchased credits do not expire and are used after your monthly credits. We do not automatically bill you for generation beyond your allowance.

3. AI processing allowances

Each plan also has a separate limit on the provider processing costs it can fund in one allowance period: Free $0.28 and Creator $5.00. This is a processing budget, not an extra charge, cash balance or guaranteed number of outputs. It refreshes with your monthly allowance.

All AI work counts toward this budget, including coding, planning and asset generation. Work already performed by a provider can count even if the request fails, is cancelled or its user credits are refunded. Pending requests temporarily reserve processing capacity; where the provider’s final cost is unavailable, a conservative cost estimate remains counted.

Generation pauses when either your available credits or your processing allowance is exhausted. You may therefore have credits remaining that you cannot use until the processing allowance resets. Purchased credit packs do not raise the processing allowance. Creator’s $5.00 ceiling also stays fixed when bonus credits are granted. On Free, account bonus credits add $0.04 of processing allowance per bonus credit; purchased pack credits are separate from those bonuses.

4. Asset tools during preview

Creator asset tools are currently in preview. There is a limit of one active asset generation per account and 100 saved assets in the preview library, including uploaded references. Reference uploads must be PNG or JPEG and no larger than 3 MB. Sound effects can be up to 30 seconds long.

Preview generation may also pause when the shared testing budget is reached, even if your account has remaining allowance. Buying credits does not remove that pause. Contact us if preview availability prevents you from using the tools. Generated results can vary in quality. Current 3D outputs are static models; automatic rigging and automatic Roblox publishing are not included. You import downloaded models and audio into Roblox Studio and review them before use.

5. Responsible use

Use content you have the right to upload and process. Review generated content for third-party rights, suitability and Roblox’s rules before publishing it. AI output is not guaranteed to be unique or free of third-party rights.

• Do not bypass credit, processing or request limits, including by creating multiple accounts to evade a restriction.
• Do not share or resell account access, expose the generation service as a public proxy, or run bulk automated generation without an agreed arrangement.
• Do not use stolen credentials, disrupt the service, or use it for fraud, malicious code, unlawful content or infringement of others’ rights.

Your uploaded references and generation data are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Limits, restrictions and review

Reaching an allowance normally pauses new AI work until the relevant reset; it does not make your saved work disappear. Where we identify abuse, we may limit requests or suspend access as reasonably necessary to protect the service and its users. We will explain the reason where possible and provide a way to request review. Immediate restrictions may be necessary for fraud, security threats or legal requirements.

Material changes to paid plan allowances will be communicated before they apply to a future renewal. A request already accepted keeps its quoted credit price. This policy does not remove any statutory cancellation, refund or other consumer rights.
