What we collect
When you sign in with Roblox we receive your Roblox user id, username, display name and avatar image. We store these to identify your account. We never receive your Roblox password.
When you use the builder we store the messages you send, the responses, and the changes made to your place through the Studio plugin: instance names, properties and script text that the AI created or that it read at your request, plus lines from the Studio Output window while the plugin is connected. This is what lets you reopen a project later.
When you use Creator asset tools, we store your reference images, generation prompts, generated images, models and audio in your private asset library. We record generation status, provider usage and estimated costs alongside message usage to run the credit system.
We measure visits with DataFast in its cookieless mode. It sets no cookies and builds no long-term profile: it counts page views and referrers using a pseudonymous hash of your IP address and browser that changes every day, and keeps only session state in your browser tab until you close it. We use no advertising trackers.
The only cookie we set is your sign-in session. Your light or dark theme choice is kept in your browser's local storage. Both are needed for the site to work as you asked, so no consent banner is shown.
What we do not collect
Your place file is never uploaded. The plugin only sends the specific instances and scripts the AI asks about, and only while you have connected it with a pairing code.
Third parties
Your prompts and the relevant parts of your place are sent to the AI provider you pick for each message (OpenAI or DeepSeek, or OpenAI through your own ChatGPT plan when you connect it) to generate the result. Data is hosted on Supabase. We do not sell personal data.
For Creator tools, Meshy processes image and 3D generation prompts and the reference images needed for those requests. ElevenLabs processes sound effect prompts. Generated assets and their associated records are stored on Supabase.
Retention and deletion
Projects and their history are kept until you delete them from the builder. Your account’s asset library is stored separately; deleting a project does not delete its saved assets. To request deletion of saved assets or your account and associated data, email trampolinelabs@proton.me.
Children
You must be at least 13 years old to use Trampoline, in line with Roblox account requirements.
