Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you sign in with Roblox we receive your Roblox user id, username, display name and avatar image. We store these to identify your account. We never receive your Roblox password.

When you use the builder we store the messages you send, the responses, and the changes made to your place through the Studio plugin: instance names, properties and script text that the AI created or that it read at your request, plus lines from the Studio Output window while the plugin is connected. This is what lets you reopen a project later.

We record token usage and estimated cost per message to run the credit system and to improve the service.

What we do not collect

Your place file is never uploaded. The plugin only sends the specific instances and scripts the AI asks about, and only while you have connected it with a pairing code.

Third parties

Your prompts and the relevant parts of your place are sent to the AI provider you pick for each message (OpenAI or Google) to generate the result. Data is hosted on Supabase. We do not sell personal data.

Retention and deletion

Projects and their history are kept until you delete them from the builder. To delete your account and all associated data, email hello@trampoline.click.

Children

You must be at least 13 years old to use Trampoline, in line with Roblox account requirements.
